Bridge the Gap Foundation, is the community arm of Delta Community Centre an NPO, 18A registered ministry – Ref no 076-279.
One of the mandates of Delta Community Centre is reaching out to the community not only morally but also with regards to meeting the needs of the broader community where possible.
The name “Bridge The Gap” clearly defines our role; that is endeavouring to bridge the gap between those who have and desire to give and those who are in need. Our role is that of intermediator between these two sections of the community.
We support families who are in financial crisis with monthly food parcels; Hospices with a regular supply of nutritional foods. Aids orphans with protein and clothing as well as being a major contributor to 3 feeding schemes that provides a nutritional meals to between 200-300 children
As we receive donations of clothing etc., these are immediately dispensed to the needy in our community.
Our mission statement is: Invest in, Influence and Restore people’s lives to become active citizens utilizing their full potential.

Alpha Trauma Centre is fondly called “Alpha”. It is a centre that has been set up to aid and help abused women, children and rape victims, educate youth on abuse and life skills, youth in conflict with the law, help community, support rape victims and offer pregnancy crisis counselling.
